1 1/2 whipping cream or heavy cream
1 cup semisweet chocolate
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
- On medium-high heat, bring your whipping cream or heavy cream to a simmering boil.
- Add your chocolate, I use Hershey Chip-its, and whisk til smooth.
- Add your cinnamon and vanilla extract and whisk in. Remove your heat and serve.
- For hot chocolate, add hot milk to your desired amount of syrup, stir and enjoy! (Though you probably don't need telling, marshmallows and whipped cream complete the awesomeness.)

The new title is pretty funny. I should try a few of these recipes out. I haven't made this variation, instead directly adding cocoa, sugar, and bit of salt to warm milk seems to work.
If you wanted to use bulk semi-sweet (baking) chocolate i wuold suggest adding the sugar and salt that are added to the Hersheys you use. Also, spice it up with some nutmeg!
Thanks for the suggestion Matt! I tried using the bulk baking semi-sweet chocolate from superstore, and they were so cheap and waxy, they didn't melt very well. And yes, I agree with the nutmeg! The thing is some people have stated their disgust for nutmeg, so I left it out.
